Connection
in a disconnected
world.

Life flows through connection.
Join us to strengthen the connections between us and, in the process, repair the world.

Families
& Friends

Sometimes our closest relationships are the hardest context for connection. Let’s talk about how small changes in how we relate can produce big results.

Business &
Workplaces

Many of us spend at least a third of our day working. Connection with coworkers and customers can make that time more fulfilling and more profitable.

Faith
Communities

Ever think, “this church would be perfect except for all these people!”? Turns out that’s often the point. Let’s work together to develop communication skills that help put faith into practice.

Civic
Discourse

Finding ways to connect across difference opens doors for all kinds of new possibilities. Let’s engage together to create the world our hearts long for.

About us

Arguments, debates, judgments… We’re convinced that these patterns are not only destructive. They’re also unnecessary. We’d like to explore an alternative

Disagreements, conflicts, competing perspectives… these things are inevitable. We each see the world from a different angle, so of course when we come together we’ll all bring a little bit different view of the same reality. It’s how we choose to respond and interact with those differences that can produce something destructive or something extraordinary. We want more extraordinary and less destruction.

Some ways we engage

There are so many options to share what what we’ve learned so far, and to learn even more together. Here are a few:

Workshops

Whether you’re looking for progress in existing interactions or preparing for those to come, our workshops create opportunities to learn and practice the skills of connection so you can meet the moments of truth when they arrive.

Online Courses

Our online course offers an opportunity for you to learn at your own pace. You can experience the practices and skills of communication that connects and decide of a workshop or individual coaching would be a helpful addition.

One-on-One

If you have a specific conversation you want to prepare for, especially if you already tried to have it and weren’t pleased with how it turned out, let’s schedule a one-on-one conversation and explore it together.

Here are some things we’re thinking about:

  • Compassionate Curiosity in Relationships
Last month when I read this article by Rob Gibson I resonated with the importance of the Clearing and Communication Model. And the thought hit me that another piece of communication that has been really helpful to me in the last few years is the concept of showing up with compassionate curiosity (that I got from… Read more: Compassionate Curiosity in Relationships
  • The Story We Tell Is the Story We Live
There is a cause-and-effect relationship between the stories we tell ourselves and our experience of reality (the stories we live). We create stories to explain our experience, often based only on our own observations and reactions.
